Leading sports executive and commercial lawyer with demonstrated in-house, private practice, agency and rights holder experience, including leadership roles at Rugby Australia, Sports & Entertainment Ltd and KPMG. Tom’s talent portfolio has included David Warner, Shane Warne, Ian Thorpe and Samantha Stosur.
Andrew Fagan
One of Australia’s most experienced and connected sports executives having held CEO and leadership roles with the Adelaide Football Club, Rugby Australia, Brumbies Rugby and Sport Australia across the past 30 years. Andrew also co-founded Australia’s first sports focused venture capital fund and continues to advise a number of early and growth stage businesses operating in the sector.
Rhys Dal Cin
Rhys Dal Cin boasts a dynamic career that spans across Australia and the international stage. His expertise is rooted in his roles as the former Head of Marketing at Reebok ANZ and as the founder of August Sports Group. Rhys has worked with global rights holders and brands and has also achieved success in athlete management within combat sports, securing five world titles in organisations such as the UFC, ONE Championship, and Professional Fighters League (PFL).
Matt Burston
Australian Boomer, 379 game NBL veteran, NBL Most Improved Player 2003, NBL Champion 2009, Qatari Emir Champion 2013. Respected Australian big man who brings his basketball expertise to Dime Sports Group.
Wayne Loxley
A seasoned sporting executive, talent manager, football coach and player. Wayne brings his first class professional sporting expertise to Dime's AFL Talent division, which includes being a Subiaco Football Club Life Member, former Athletics WA CEO and athlete manager to some of Australia's biggest stars including Josh Kennedy, Des Headland, Matthew Pavlich and boxer Danny Green.
Rory Sloane
One of AFL’s most respected players, the former Club Captain, two time Club Champion, AFLPA Most Courageous Player recipient and All Australian, played 255 games across 16 seasons before retiring in 2024 due to injury. A former AFLPA Vice President, Sloane is recognised across the industry for his strong leadership, competitive spirit, positivity and genuine desire to help others. He now brings those same qualities to Dime’s AFL team.
